The new theatre "Kobe Kokusai Hall" which will be able to seat 2018 people has been built.The upper floors are used as a office and one movie theatre. Underground, there is a shopping center which was named "SOL". The new subway "Kaigan-sen" Sannomiya-hanadokeimae station will also be built underneath.
