KOBE SHIYAKUSHO BEFORE THE EARTHQUAKE



Built in 1957, the Kobe Shiyakusho or in English, the Kobe City Hall in Chuo-ku was designed by a famous architectural firm in Japan. The structure in the foreground was the original City Hall, and the building behind was built more recently as an addition to the Kobe City Hall.
